Microgreens can be added to nearly any dish to add flavor, nutrition, color, and take any meal to the next level.
Harden Farm works hard every day to bring our customers quality microgreens. We use organic media, LED and natural lighting, filtered water, and perfectly controlled atmosphere for optimum flavor and taste. We use stainless grow trays, and USDA Organic cleaners (mainly hydrogen peroxide). We never use any pesticides or herbicides and we work to source seeds that are certified GMO free and Heirloom varieties.
About Us
Harden Farms started in 2010 when we bought a property that wasn't ideal for growing food.
2015 - We learned how to grow using Hydroponics and realized that indoor farming could produce 4 times the yield while also controlling the environment, lighting, and pests without chemicals.
2018 - We moved to a larger home and built an urban greenhouse.
2020 - Converted all production to organic soil growing.
2022 - Seeking a commercial greenhouse operation for year-round produce production.
